1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nace ph ("nace ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at naceph.vip. • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. nace ph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation including government-issued ID.
• You may only hold one (1) active account on nace ph. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

nace ph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nace ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances;
• Notify nace ph immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

nace ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for most payment methods. Deposits are credited to your nace ph wallet in Philippine Peso. nace ph does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

nace ph reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any deposit. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's name may be refused and returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

nace ph reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal holds until verification is satisfied.

Funds deposited to nace ph may only be withdrawn after meeting applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus. Withdrawals of bonus funds without meeting the stated wagering requirements will not be processed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on nace ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). nace ph does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nace ph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including:

• Wagering requirements: The number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted;

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nace ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit promotional terms;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the nace ph platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Players;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location;
• Exploiting system errors or bugs — any such exploitation must be reported to nace ph support immediately. Continued exploitation constitutes misconduct.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

nace ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. nace ph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

nace ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Suspected underage gambling;
• At the Player's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

Upon account closure for reasons other than Player misconduct, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable time after KYC verification is completed. Balances in accounts closed due to confirmed misconduct or fraud may be forfeited.
